Who are we?

Adam Hall has lived in Cornwall for over 30 years, he has worked in the accountancy world for over 20 years. He has worked in private practice, as well as the commercial and public sector. He is known as the Excel Wizard. What he does not know about Excel is not worth knowing!

Adam likes to make a difference (M.A.D) for business, he likes setting up processes and procedures to help make the sometime tedious world of the back office run smoothly and efficiently to make short-term and long-term decisions and help businesses pursue their goals by identifying, measuring, analysing, interpreting and communicating information.

Claire Hall has lived in Cornwall all her life. Claire has worked in a variety of roles, but for the last 15 years she worked for an independent training company. For over 7 years she was the Business Development Officer, working with a variety of businesses in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sector. The training that was offered was tailored and bespoke to the business and predominately funded through the European Union.

Claire understands the importance of going the extra mile offering fantastic customer service, she loves to find out about people over a cup of tea and how businesses and individuals can reach their full potential.

Lisa Veale, our Office Manager, has lived and worked in Cornwall all her life and like Claire, she is a local girl. Lisa has gained an extensive knowledge of the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sectors, having worked for 10 years in a variety of hospitality roles and then as Training Manager for a local, independent training provider, offering HLTT training to businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, for 23 years. Lisa knows the importance of working behind the scenes to make sure there is a business solution for every eventuality, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly.
